Introduction:
The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and NitroTees. This agreement is a legal contract between NitroTees and the customer. This contract shall be governed by English Law and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts. Acceptance of these terms and conditions does not affect your statutory rights as a customer. All terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Instability of the internet: The Internet is an inherently unstable medium. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and accept no responsibility in respect of such interruptions or errors. We do not guarantee that this site will operate either fully or in part on any specific computer equipment or in any specific software or that it is free from viruses or anything else which may have a harmful effect on any technology. Links to other sites: On this website you may be offered links to other sites which we hope will be of interest. However, we have no control over such sites and do not endorse them. You agree that we are not responsible for the availability or content of, or goods or services available on, those websites. Delivery: It is our policy to dispatch all orders the same/next working day (Monday to Friday) of receiving it. If on receiving an order we are unable to deliver an item within 5 days, we will contact you immediately to agree another time for delivery. If an agreement cannot be reached on a delivery time the customer will be offered a full refund. Payment: All goods purchased must be paid for at the time of ordering. Unless otherwise stated, all our prices shown are inclusive of the UK VAT (value added tax). Any local taxes or duties remain the responsibility of the customer. Refunds & Exchanges: Under the terms of the Sale of goods act 1979, faulty or incorrect goods should be returned to us within a 14 days after purchase. You can request an exchange of goods, or a full refund. Cost of shipping goods back to us remain the responsibility of the customer. Returns: Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You may cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of receipt of your goods. Provided the goods are returned in good condition, we will refund your payment within 30 days. The refund will only be made to the card used for the payment (Cheque if paid by cheque, postal order or bank draft). This does not affect your statutory rights. In the event of the goods being unsuitable, we offer a full refund policy. In this case the goods must be returned within 14 days.
